We stopped at a few dealers with lower quality vehicles and shady, aggressive salespeople. Ruby St. Motors was the opposite. They let the quality vehicle we purchased speak for itself. We felt zero pressure from them and the price was very fair. We ran into an unusual circumstance that was no fault of this dealership. It was an issue that was caused due to being in the middle of a pandemic and the financing bank's policies. It was a headache that was not the dealers problem, and most dealers would have said that there was nothing they can do, and walked away from the deal. They spent a lot of extra time and energy dealing with the bank, ultimately finding a solution to the problem. They showed honorable business practices, were willing to go the extra mile, and as a bonus, the usual stress that comes with buying a car was not there. This is a local family owned business that deserves to be supported.

Low pressure, excellent to deal with. Considered them for consignment to sell my car based on their reasonable fees. Before I setup to consign, a buyer approached me and we both went in and they processed the paperwork for even less than consignment fee. Made things way easier than dealing with the existing loan on the vehicle or taking the low ball trade-in offers from CarMax or others and it became a win win win situation. Would recommend to everyone I know for purchase, consignment, or document/ transaction/ transfer service. Family run business and they really make you feel at home.
